Overview
Our refund and return policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Some types of goods are excluded from returns. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. Intimate and hygiene items, hazardous materials and flammable liquids or gases are also not accepted.
Other items that cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
We require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return. Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only a partial refund is possible:
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette or record that has been opened.
- Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts that are not due to our error.
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
REFUNDS
Once we have received and checked your return, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited back to your credit card or original payment method within a specified number of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not yet received a refund, first recheck your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
Then contact your bank. It often takes some time for a refund to be posted.

Sold out items
Only regular priced items can be refunded. Sold out items cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES
We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange the item, please send us an email to info@leonhard-rank.de and send the item to: Leonhard Rank, Eintrachtstraße 54, 50668 Cologne, Germany.
GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and was shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once the returned item has been received, a gift voucher will be sent to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase or the gift giver sent the order to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will know about your return.
RETURNS
To return your product, please send it to: Leonhard Rank, Eintrachstraße 54, 50668 Cologne, Germany.
You must pay the shipping costs for returning your item yourself. The shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, it may take different amounts of time for the exchanged product to arrive.
If you are returning more expensive items, you should use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
